The role of working groups or internal "Task Forces" is to review and adjust the parameters (workload, recognition, meaning, support, etc.) which, in the work organisation :

  • are the cause of the risk of burn out in certain employees depending on their length of service, role, gender, management style, etc.
  • threaten the balance of the company as a whole (absenteeism, conflicts, intention to leave the company, image, direct and indirect costs, etc.).
